Part-Time or Freelance | Commission-Based
We’re looking for a creative mind who loves bringing brands to life through visuals. As a content creator, you’ll design graphics, reels, and visuals that align with client strategies across social media and digital platforms. Basic Canva or Adobe skills preferred. If you enjoy storytelling through visuals, we want to hear from you!

📱 Social Media Manager

Part-Time or Freelance | Commission-Based
This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes social media. You’ll manage posting, engagement, and scheduling for client accounts (mostly Instagram & Facebook). Ideal candidates are organized, responsive, and understand what makes content perform. Bonus if you know how to read basic analytics or create content calendars.

💰 Paid Ads Manager

Freelance | Commission-Based
Looking for someone experienced in running Facebook and/or Google ad campaigns. You’ll help set up, manage, and optimize paid ads for lead generation, with a focus on small business growth. Experience with Meta Ads Manager or Google Ads is a must. We provide the creative—your job is to make it convert.

📋 Marketing Assistant

Part-Time or Freelance | Commission-Based
We’re looking for an organized, proactive person to support day-to-day marketing tasks. You’ll help with content scheduling, research, basic reporting, and admin. Great for someone newer to marketing who wants real-world experience in a supportive, flexible environment.

🤝 Sales & Outreach Rep

Freelance | Commission-Based Only
This role is all about connecting with potential clients. You’ll reach out to leads via email, DMs, or calls and book discovery calls for our agency. You’ll get commission for every deal that closes. Ideal for someone confident in communication and excited about helping small businesses grow through digital marketing.

💡 Part-Time vs. Freelance – What’s the Difference?

At JM Brand Solutions, we offer both part-time and freelance opportunities, depending on the role and your availability:

  • Part-Time:
    You’ll work a set number of hours per week on assigned tasks or client projects. While flexible, this role may involve more consistent weekly responsibilities and ongoing communication with the team.

  • Freelance:
    You’ll work on a project-by-project basis, with flexible scheduling. Freelancers are typically brought on for specific deliverables, campaigns, or skill-based tasks and may have more control over when and how they complete the work.
